I Need Pampering have been a client for many years and operate in a very competitive market selling experience day vouchers and other gifts.

We relaunched their website in June 2009 using the new open source Magento Commerce shopping cart system.

Clear Design, Great Usability

Experience days are activities that the customer physically travels to, so allowing the user to narrow down their choices to localised offers was a primary design objective. A clear representation of the days itinerary were also a key factor in purchasing, so a good use of product visuals was required.

With 90% of traffic coming from search engines, it was critical not to jeapordise existing SERPs, a common concern when re-developing any website requiring expert knowledge to mitigate.

Magento Commerce Development

Magento Commerce was launched in March 2008 and 4W were an early adopter of this promising shopping cart system - despite repeated system upgrades and a lack of developer documentation delaying the project, we were able to produce a highly customised website for I Need Pampering and have had very positive feedback from all involved.
